TRAI Recruitment 2023: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Government of India, New Delhi has invited Applications in respect of the Officers Eligible for Appointment on Assistant Post on a Deputation Basis (Foreign Service Terms) in the TRAI Regional Office in Jaipur vide the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 22.03.2023.
As has been notified in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up under Pay Level 06 (Rs. 35400-112400) for Appointment of the Officer as Assistant On Deputation on Foreign Service Terms (FSTs) by the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose.
As per the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, the Ministries/Ministerial Departments/Central Public Undertakings/Statutory and Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India may forward duly completed Applications in respect of Officers having convincingly satisfied the Eligibility for the Assistant on Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Post ensuring that they may be immediately spared in the event of Selection.
The Last Date for the Cadre Controlling Authority in the Ministries/Ministerial Departments/Central Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory and Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India for submission of duly completed Applications is 28th April 2023 (28.04.2023) as has been mentioned in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Appointment Terms: On Deputation up to 31.03.2025
As per the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Candidates appointed as Assistant would be entitled to the Pay Scale hereunder:
Pay Scale Level: 06 (Rs.35400-112400) Plus Allowances Per Month in the Pay Matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission
Officers of the Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory and Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India
a) holding Equivalent Post on Regular Basis; Or
b) Officers in Selection Grade with 10 Years’ Regular Service in that Grade in the Pay Band 1 R2.5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900 under 6th CPC [Revised in Pay Level 02 as per 7th CPC]; Or
Desirable: Working Knowledge of Computer is Essential.
The Maximum Age Limit for Appointment on Deputation must not exceed 56 Years as on 10th March 2023 notified in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

Post-Selection the Official shall be Appointment as Personal Assistant on Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) under Pay Scale Level 06 notified in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
The Officer shall be issued Appointment as Assistant on Deputation on Foreign Service Terms (FSTs) up to 31.03.2025 .
According to the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Willing Officers should visit the TRAI Website for downloading the Specimen Application Proforma and allied Annexures to be filled in for submission to the Telecom Regulatory of India.

i) Attested Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for Proper Appreciation of the APARs with the Organisations forwarded Guidelines for the Rating Criteria.

iii) Disciplinary Clearance and Cadre Clearance
