UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (HR), the Unique Identification Authority of India (The UIDAI has invited Applications from Officers for Deputationist Private Secretary (Foreign Service Terms) Basis for Posting in the Regional Office, Ranchi. based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 23.06.2023. The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen for 01 Post with Even Vacancy to be filled up in Pay Scale 08 for Deputationist Appointment on (Foreign Service Term) Basis for 05 Years’ Tenure.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular for the Private Secretary Post on Deputation Basis, the Terminal Date for Application Submission in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma through ‘Proper Channel’ by the Eligible Officers will close on 23.08.2023. Accordingly, based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Circular, Willing and Eligible Officers for the Private Secretary Post may have their Applications vetted and duly verified by their Respective Cadre Controlling Authority/Administrative Officer Before or On the Last Date 23.08.2023. The Concerned Cadre Controlling Authority may forward duly completed Applications of the Eligible Officers Not Later than 23.08.2023.

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Suitable Officers, Post-appointment, shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under Pay Matrix Level explained hereunder
Pay Matrix: Level 08
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard at times. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Notice the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on 23.08.2023, the Closing Date for receipt of the Application.
Age Limit: Below 56 Years
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, shall remain as hereunder:
Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03/07 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 05/06;
Or
The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.
Desirable Experience in Office Management/Secretarial Assistant and Stenography And Basic Skills for working in Computerized Office Environment.
The Selection Procedure for Private Secretary Post involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers to be called in for Viva-voce shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including Serving Experience, etc. The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction and the Stenography Test.
The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Notified 03 Posts, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
The Willing Applicants may submit their respective Applications duly vetted through Proper Channel up to 23.08.2023.
