IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Marketing. Corporate Communications
Candidates should have Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with Journalism, Mass Communication or Public Relations
Human Resources
Candidates should have MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations/ Labor Welfare/ Personnel Management/ Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management & Labor Welfare.
Marketing
Candidates should have a Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization.
Candidates who are currently enrolled in their qualifying degree examination’s final year or semester are also eligible to apply, provided they receive the minimum percentage of points from the total marks announced thus far as stated above. If chosen, they would only be permitted to join if, in addition to meeting all other eligibility requirements, their cumulative percentage of marks in the qualifying exam was equal to or higher than the minimum percentage of marks specified above. These candidates must also be able to turn in their final mark sheet by September 30, 2023.
As per the IOCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for Corporate Communications should have a Minimum of Two years of post-qualification relevant work experience acquired as Full Time in Mass Communication/ Journalism and/ or a related field of work.

The selected candidates will also receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances, according to the rules of the Corporation in force, and as amended from time to time. The selected candidates will get approx Rs. 16.80 Lacs per annum.
As per the IOCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be selected on the basis of the UGC-NET June 2023 exam, Personal Interview (PI), Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT) and Written Proficiency Test (WPT). The UGC-NET June 2023 cycle examination marks will be used to determine whether qualified candidates move on to the next stage of the selection process, which will include the GD, GT, and PI (plus a written proficiency test for the Corporate Communications role). Being selected for the GD, GT, Written Proficiency Test (only for the Corporate Communications post), and Personal Interview is not guaranteed by simply passing the UGC-NET June 2023 cycle exam.
