For General Manager (Architect)-

• The candidate must have at least 20 years of postqualification relevant executive level experience in a recognised private civil engineering organisation, or 17 years of postqualification relevant executive level experience in a government or public sector organisation.
• Candidate should have at least 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of Rs.100000‐ 260000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA (Level 13 and above) pay scale OR should be working with reputed private organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum Rs. 200,000 per month (approximately).

For Additional General Manager (Architect)-

• Applicants must have at least 18 years of postqualification experience at the executive level in a reputable private Civil Engineering organisation or 15 years of postqualification experience at the executive level in a government or public sector organisation.
• Candidate from government/PSU’s should have worked atleast 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000‐240000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale. Candidates having experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum of Rs. 18000o per month (approximately).

Age Limitation for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit of the candidate for applying for General Manager (Architect) should be 55 years and for Additional General Manager (Architect) should be 53 years on a contract basis.

Salary for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate of General Manager (Architect) will get a monthly salary between Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000 and the candidate of Additional General Manager (Architect) will get a monthly salary between Rs. 100000 to Rs.260000.

Tenure for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, the contractual appointment will be initially for a minimum of 3 years to 5 years on an extendable basis. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 30 days or 90 days’ notice or by paying the contractual salary in lieu of notice period if the circumstances so warrant.
